Q: How do I power my SoleSync earbuds and off?
A: Your SoleSync earbuds will automatically power on when the magnetic link is broken (earbuds are separated), and will power off again when the magnetic link is re-established by placing the left earbuds together until they click into place.
Q: How do I answer, end, or ignore a call?
A: Press the Control Button (the silver button on the face of the right earbud) once to answer or end a call. Press this button twice to ignore a call.
Q: How do I play or pause my music?
A: Press the Control Button (the silver button on the face of the right earbud) once to toggle music play and pause.
Q: How do I play the next or previous track?
A: Quick-press the Plus (+) Button or Minus (-) buttons to play the next or previous track respectively.
Q: How do I raise or lower the volume level?
A: Long-press the Plus (+) or Minus (-) buttons to raise or lower the volume level respectively.
Q: What power sources are safe to use to charge my SoleSync earbuds?
A: Your SoleSync earbuds are designed to charge via a 500mAh / 5V power source. This is the output provided by a standard PC USB (1.0 / 2.0) port. Use of a non-standard power source may damage your earbuds.
Q: How long can I use my SoleSync earbuds in between charges?
A: You can expect to experience about 5 hours of music, 6 hours of talk time, or 180 hours of standby time when operating on a full charge
Q: How long will it take to fully charge my SoleSync earbuds?
A: It will take between one and two hours to fully charge your SoleSync earbuds.
Q: How will I know when my Solesync earbuds are fully charged?
A: While charging, the LED indicator on your SoleSync earbuds will turn solid red. When fully charged, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.
Q: How will I know when it is time to charge my SoleSync earbuds?
A: When your SoleSync earbuds battery is running low, the LED indicator will flash red, and an audible notification will be provided through the earbuds.
Q: How far away can I operate my SoleSync earbuds from my source device (phone, mp3 player, etc)?
A: SoleSync earbuds are designed to operate up to 10 meters from the source device under ideal conditions. There are, however, many environmental factors that can impact wireless range so you may experience a range that is between 5 and 10 meters in practice.
Q: How do I pair my SoleSync earbuds with my source device (phone, mp3 player, etc)?
A: Begin in power-off mode (earbuds magnetically connected). Separate the left and right earbuds and hold the Control Button (the silver button on the face of the right earbud) for 3 seconds. The earbuds will then enter pairing mode, signaled by the LED indicator flashing red and blue. You may then pair to the earbuds from your source device by selecting the device labeled "TS-SEB01". If prompted for a pin, enter four zeroes "0000".
